Payment Terms
Payment is required upon satisfactory completion of all work. For residential clients, Cash or BACS payments are accepted upon completion. For commercial premises/clients, BACS will be the preferred method of payment. All invoices are to be settled within 28 days for commercial clients only. Failure to settle invoices within the stated timescales will result in your account being suspended. If we fail to receive monies owed within 60 days from the invoice date, we have the right to contact a collection agency in order to recover our monies owed. You will be liable for all related charges, agency fees, and court-related fees.
Deposits
Deposits will be requested for guttering and fascia/soffit installations/replacements to cover the cost of materials. All deposits will be invoiced and any monies paid will come off the final bill invoiced upon completion of satisfactory works. Deposits will not usually be requested for any other service we offer.
Cancellation Policy
For residential customers: If you need to cancel or reschedule your booking, please give us at least 48 hours advance notice. Should you need to reschedule due to circumstances beyond your control at the last minute, please call us and we will do our best to accommodate you.
For commercial clients/managing agents: If you need to cancel or reschedule your booking please give us at least 48 hours advance notice. If you cancel your appointment after this time, we have the right to invoice you for up to 15% of the quoted price.
Service Conditions
All cleaning services are weather permitting. We will endeavour to clean in light rain where possible. We will not, however, operate in heavy wind and rain as this would affect our health and safety.
All operatives are trained to work safely. Please do not ask them to do anything that presents danger or is unsafe.
Complaints Procedure
If you have a complaint against any of our staff members or operatives for any reason, or are unsatisfied with works undertaken, please make contact with us immediately and we will do our best to resolve the situation promptly.
